IM=X® Xercizer
Tone, stretch, and strengthen your entire body in one session. Your trainer guides you through sequences targeting hips, legs, core, shoulders, and arms, finishing with stretches. Enjoy a full-body workout on the IM=X® Xercizer.
IM=X® Mat
IM=X® Pilates, called “the strength-training version of Pilates” by Fitness magazine, features unique choreography. Trainers guide you through lengthening, stabilization, and total-body exercises using resistance and equipment for fast toning of arms, thighs, butt, and abs.
IM=X® Stretch
A dynamic mix of balance, flexibility, strength, and mind-body focus. This total-body workout helps improve mobility, enhance balance, and sharpen mental focus.
IM=X® Tower Barre
IM=X® Barre is inspired by ballet, but no dance experience is needed. This class blends moves like plies, tendus, leg lifts, and arabesques with core stabilization and light resistance for a full-body toning workout that improves flexibility and burns calories.
IM=X® Tower
The IM=X® Tower uses spring resistance to target your core, arms, legs, hips, and back, helping you strengthen muscles you didn’t even know you had. The sequences follow the IM=X® approach, adding resistance and fresh variations to traditional Pilates movements.
